It’s fast\, strategic and surprisingly addictive\, combining fitness\, teamwork and breath-control in a safe\, non-contact environment. \nThis Come & Try session is designed for beginners and curious first-timers. Friendly instructors will guide participants through the basics\, and all equipment is supplied. \nWhether you’re a swimmer looking for something new or just keen to try one of the most unusual sports around\, underwater hockey is well worth a dive.
