Aquatic Come & Try – Underwater Hockey

Underwater hockey is a unique and exciting team sport played beneath the surface of the pool and this Regatta, you’re invited to give it a go.

Using masks, snorkels and fins, players work in teams to pass a weighted puck along the pool floor and score goals. It’s fast, strategic and surprisingly addictive, combining fitness, teamwork and breath-control in a safe, non-contact environment.

This Come & Try session is designed for beginners and curious first-timers. Friendly instructors will guide participants through the basics, and all equipment is supplied.

Whether you’re a swimmer looking for something new or just keen to try one of the most unusual sports around, underwater hockey is well worth a dive.
