Windsurfing
Windsurfing is the aquatic sport of using a wind propelled surfboard like platform. It represents a harmonious collaboration between surfing and sailing.
Join us for a free windsurfing competition with prize money, vouchers and giveaways up for grabs. In keeping with the traditions of the first Regatta held 1838 there will be a few free beers for competitors.
To be held on Sunday 12 February from 1:00pm.

2024 Indicative Schedule

| 1:00pm | Entrants need to be at the Regatta Grounds Foreshore for registration and race briefing Race formats and other details to be determined on the day. |

Entrants Declaration
In submitting an entry you:
- Declare that you have read and will comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Event
- Discharge the organisers of any responsibility for any injury that may occur to your person whilst participating in the Event
- Declare that you are of appropriate physical fitness to compete in the Event
- Declare that you will only use a suitable Windsurfer LT board, in working order and free of any major damage, with a unique sail number
- Declare that you will wear a suitable and compliant Personal Floatation Device whilst competing in the Event
- Declare you have current Windsurfer Class Association of Australia (WCAA) membership and Australian Windsurfing Association (AWA) Third Party Liability (TPL) insurance
This can be obtained through the WCAA website. Your membership/TPL status and sail number can be validated on the AWA Members list.
