Aquatic Come & Try – Deepwater Aerobics

Deep Water Aerobics is a gentle yet effective form of exercise performed in the deep end of the pool using a flotation belt to keep participants suspended upright.
By removing impact on the joints, this style of aerobics allows participants to focus on strength, mobility and cardiovascular fitness in a safe and supportive environment. Movements are guided by an instructor and can be adapted to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness levels.
This Come & Try session is ideal for anyone looking for a low-impact workout, returning to exercise, managing joint concerns, or simply wanting to experience a different way to stay active in the water.
No prior experience is required, and all equipment is supplied.
